IIFT and CAT are two entrance tests which are very much similar to each other and one cannot differentiate between the difficulty level of both the exams. The level of difficulty of this section is generally the same in both the exams. The major difference is that IIFT has longer reasoning caselets, whereas, CAT has a smaller caselets. Preparation for DI-LR section is enough if you have prepared for CAT exam well, apart from some additional topcis which come in IIFT.
