IIT Bombay 2019 Courses Offered

The IIT Bombay offers admission in Masters in Management Program. It is a two-year flagship programme of Shailesh J Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM). This two-year course is organized into eight terms. In the first year (first four terms), students gain knowledge on all the disciplines of management through 23 rigorous courses. Students have the option of doing a 1-month winter project at the end of first 2 terms.

IIT Bombay MBA Eligibility Criteria 2019

Aspirants must fulfill the following the eligibility criteria to apply for admission at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay:

  • The aspirants should hold a four year Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Should have obtained minimum 60% marks (55% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in aggregate or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) out of 10
  • Those appearing for the final degree examination can also apply.

IIT Bombay Selection Criteria 2019

The shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of CAT 2018 score. This will be followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The cut off for M.MGMT Admission 2019 is not yet available. Until then the candidates can check the cut-off and weightage for different phases of the selection process below.

SJMSOM, IIT Bombay Placement

The placements at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay has always been a tremendous success. The Institute concluded the final placements for the batch of 2017 with the top salary offered being Rs. 29.9 lakhs. A total of 52 companies participated in the placement drive out of which 17 were new recruiters. Life @ SJMSOM, IIT Bombay

The activities at SJMSOM ranges from Asia’s biggest cultural festival Mood Indigo to India’s second-biggest festival on technology, Techfest to IIT’s General Championship.
