JBIMS Admission  – Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies takes admission to the MMS course. The students who want to take admission in this course have two options. Either the students have to appear for the MH CET 2019 exam or on the basis of the scores in the CAT/GMAT exams. Those students who shall qualify the Common entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) for the academic year 2019-2020 will have to report to the JBIMS campus along with the important documents and the Demand Draft of the respective amount as required by the JBIMS. Candidates who will take admission on the basis of the Marks scored in the CAT/GMAT will have to register themselves online by paying the counseling fee.

JBIMS Admission 2019

There is a seat intake of 120 at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Technology. Students can also submit their grievances at the FC after the display of the Provisional Merit List. JBIMS Admission 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Students who want to study at Jamnlal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies can have a look at the varied eligibility for the admissions. Before filling the Application form, the students must make sure that they have been through the same. Students who will not match the below-mentioned eligibility will not be given admission.

Eligibility Criteria for the students belonging to the Maharashtra State

  • The Applicant must be an Indian National.
  • To Pursue the MMS course, the students need to have a graduation degree in any discipline.

Minimum Marks Required

  • Minimum marks to be scored by the candidates are 50%
  • For the students belonging to the Backward classes – 45%

Along with the above eligibility requirements the students also need to have a non-zero score in CET exam conducted by the Competent Authority

Eligibility Requirements for the All India and Jammu and Kashmir resident migrant category

  • The student applying for the MMS course must be an Indian National.
  • Second, the students must have completed the graduation level of Education from a UGC/AIU recognized University.

Along with the above eligibility, the students must also have a non-zero score in any of the Following exams in case the students have appeared for them.

  • CAT
  • XAT
  • CMAT
  • GMAT
  • MAT
  • ATMA

Minimum Marks Required

  • General Category Candidates need to score at least 50% Marks in the qualifying exams.
  • The candidates belonging to the PWD category can take admissions with 45% marks

NRI/OCI/PIO Category or Children of the Indian Countries and Foreign Nationals

JBIMS Admission 2019 Selection Criteria

Appear for the Entrance Exam (MAHCET/CAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/XAT)

Candidates will be required to appear for the common entrance test MAH-CET conducted by the DTE. Those students who have appeared for the entrance exams such as GMAT/CAT/ will be able to directly apply for the counseling procedure.

Centralized Admission Procedure for JBIMS Admission 2019

On the basis of the marks scored by the students in the MAH CET exam, shortlisting of the students is done through the CAP Procedure. All the students who will appear for the MAH CET or the acceptable entrance exams will get a state level merit Number.

Let’s understand a bit more about the CAP procedure. DTE Will be conducting the CAP in 4 rounds. Out of the 4 rounds, 3 rounds shall be conducted on the basis of Centralized allotment and the students will get to fill online options form. In the 4th round of the CAP procedure, Counselling rounds shall be conducted only for the eligible Maharashtra State Candidates.

To apply for the CAP Procedure the students who will have appeared for the MAHCET exam will be able to log in through their credentials while the students who have appeared for any of the Mentioned Entrance Exams can visit the official website of DTE and do the new registration.

The JBIMS Admission 2019 Application form will be available on the official website of DTE. The students have to fill in and submit the Application forms before the last date. After visiting the official website of DTE, the students will have to follow the Application procedure and complete the Application form with the right details. Some Personal, as well as academic details, have to be provided to the exam body. After filling the Application form and paying the Application fee, the process is over. However, the students must make sure that they fill the right details in the Application form.

As the students know that JBIMS takes admission of the students on the basis of the Marks in the MAHCET or the Entrance tests such as CAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/XAT.
