Syllabus for KMAT Kerala Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension

The difficulty level in this section was moderate and the students can study the following topics to prepare well for this section.

  4. Vocabulary
  5. Critical Reasoning
  6. Tenses
  7. Antonym and Synonym
  8. Grammar
  9. Para Jumbles

In the February KMAT Kerala exam, most of the questions were asked from Misspelled words, Synonyms, Antonyms, Statement-Assumption. Direct or Indirect Speech, Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction. Hence, candidates should prepare these topics very well.

There shall be 50 number of questions from this section. The students say that this section is considered a bit difficult than the other sections. You need to prepare the following topics for Quantitative Aptitude section:

In the KMAT Kerala Feb exam, the questions from Simple and Compound Interest, Averages, Profit, and Loss were easier to score than other questions. Questions based on Logarithms and Numbers were hard to attempt.

KMAT Kerala 2019 Exam Pattern

Now, that you know the syllabus let us have a quick look at the exam pattern. The KMAT Kerala 2019 is a pen-paper based test. The entrance test will be of 02 hours and 30 minutes. The aspirants will have a total of 180 multiple choice questions. For every correct answer, four marks will be given and there is a negative marking of one marks for an incorrect answer.
