MAT 2019: All India Management Association has started MAT 2019 Registration for May session. Candidates interested in the second session of A.Y 2019-21 can apply for MAT in PBT and CBT modes. The MAT 2019 application form is available at mat.aima.in. The MAT 2019 May Exam date is 29 April and 13 May for PBT and CBT respectively. After this session, the Management Aptitude Test will conduct in two more sessions in the month of September and December. While calculating the MAT 2019 score or percentile, AIMA does not consider the general awareness section. So scoring takes place out of maximum marks of 160. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate to difficult. More than 200+ well-known B-schools accept the exam score.

MAT 2019 Application Form
All the applicants who want to appear for the examination can fill the application form online in the 45-60 days window. To fill the application form online, you need to required to visit the official website of MAT 2019. First of all, register with email id and phone number to get the login credentials. On successful registration, fill the application form. You have to enter the personal, educational, and work experience details in it.
After completing MAT 2019 application form process, you need to upload scanned images of your photograph and signature. Then, proceed with application fee payment using credit card/ debit card/ net banking. On successful submission of the form and payment, take a print out of it and keep it safe for future correspondence.
Importantly, in the application form, candidates can choose a maximum of 5 Management Institutes(MI). Students who are applying for both the modes can apply for 7 MI. In addition to that test-takers can choose more MIs by paying Rs 118/- per MI choice.
You must ensure that all the details filled in the application form are correct. As you may not able to change them later. Though according to the official website, candidates will able to edit basic details in the form post submission.
Note: Before applying for any institute make sure that particular institutes accept MAT scores. There are some cases, where an institution is recognized by AIMA but refuses to take admission via exam score.
Application Fee for MAT 2019
The application fee for PBT and CBT mode is different. The application fee for MAT 2019 is as follows.
- PBT or CBT: Rs 1550/-
- Both PBT and CBT: Rs 2650/-
About MAT 2019
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is one of the most standard tests for the candidates who are looking to take admission in Management courses. Any student who is looking forward to getting the admission in management course he/she has to clear the MAT Exam. For any new academic year, MAT takes place in four-sessions. MAT 2019 Exam Pattern
It is an objective type test with Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). The MAT 2019 exam pattern contains four different sections with a different number of questions.
- Types of questions – MCQ having four options each
- Medium of the Exam – The test will take place in English language only.
- Total Number of Questions – There are 200 questions in the exam.
- Marking Scheme – 1 mark for every correct answer and -0.25 for an incorrect answer.
- Number of sections – There are a total of 5 sections in the exam.
- Duration of Exam – Candidates have to complete the exam in 150 minutes or 2.5 hours.

MAT 2019 Admit Card
After the application process is over, AIMA releases admit card for MAT Exam 2019. It publishes for all the applicants who have registered before the last date and paid an application fee. To download MAT 2019 admit card, enter your application number, date of birth and email id. It is mandatory to download the admit card as it will not be sent via post or mail. Also, you will not get the entry inside the examination hall without it. You must strictly follow the instructions provided on admit card and reach the exam hall well in time.
The admit card for PBT and CBT releases on different dates. So, the respective schedule for MAT Exam 2019 admit card publish officially. Following that, you will able to download it accordingly. This year PBT and CBT will take place in 54 and 31 cities respectively.

MAT 2019 Result
On successful completion of an examination, you will be able to check your MAT 2019 result from AIMA MAT website. The scorecard issued will contain the marks obtained by you in each section, section-wise percentile and overall percentile. It is a necessary document while appearing for the selection process in the institutions.
In case, you lose the scorecard a duplicate scorecard can be requested by sending a written request along with the copy of admit card on the address mentioned in the brochure.
