MICAT 2020 Result

How is the MICAT 2020 Result Calculated?
MICA calculates the Score by using the Normalization Method. Therefore, the score obtained individually by a candidate in a particular sub-section i.e verbal ability, Quantitative ability, etc. of MICAT-I/MICAT-II will be converted into a Normalized Score. MICAT 2020 Cut off
As per the details available on the official website, MICA does not release the official cut off for MICAT. Cut off is basically is the minimum marks which the candidate has to score to be eligible to participate in the next round. For MICAT 2020, the cut-off is based on section-wise Scaled Scores calculated by applying the Normalization method. According to the cut-off, the candidates are called for the next round. Selected candidates have to appear for Group Exercise and Personal Interview (GI/PI). On the basis of these rounds, MICA issues the merit list of eligible candidates for admission to the new academic year. the section-wise cut- off is determined below:

MICAT 20202 Selection Process
MICA follows the three-step process to shortlist students for admission to the PGDM-C program.
- First, you must have uploaded the CAT/XAT/GMAT scores before the last date.
- Second, You have taken the MICAT 2020 Exam.
- Third, in the GE/PI Round, candidates must perform in the final round to secure their admission.
MICA GEPI Shortlist Preparation
In order to get a GE/PI call, candidates have to pass these qualifiers.
Section A – Psychometric Test – It is the first qualifier. Qualifying this section is mandatory.
Section B – Descriptive test – After qualifying Section A, Section B is accessed
Section C – This section consists of 4 sub-sections – Therefore, those who qualify on the basis of relative performance subject to a minimum cut-off in Normalized Scores of Section B of MICAT shall have their Section C of MICAT Assessed. Each section will have its own cut-off.

MICAT 2020 Merit List
MICA releases the two Merit list for MICAT 2020 on the bases of Candidates performance. The first merit list is released after evaluating the performance in CAT/XAT/GMAT& MICAT examination. After this, the Shortlisted candidates are eligible for the Group exercise and Personal interview (GE/PI). Furthermore, All the candidates who qualify the GE/PI are on this list.

MICA Fee details
The program Fees for the PGDM-C for two years, including tuition fee, residential charges like Boarding and Lodging, etc is Rs. 18, 50, 000 (approx.)
The MICA Scholarships are awarded based on the students overall academic performance and family income. Therefore, Candidates who are eligible for the Scholarships can apply for the same at the time of admission or during the course time also. A total of 11 Scholarships are awarded to the qualified students who passed the eligibility criteria. Therefore each of the 11 students chosen will receive Rs.2.00/2.25 lacs (approx.) by way of scholarship.
