NMAT 2018 Registration has been started on July 03, 2018. The registration window will be opened for three months with additional 10 days window for late registration. Those students who are planning to register for this test must know that this year registration fee has been hiked as compared to last year. This is unexpected as dates changed just one day before the starting of NMAT registration process.
Fee Change in NMAT 2018 Registration
This year, the students planning to take on the NMAT 2018 Exam must note that there is a hike of Rs 100 this year in the registration fee this year. Now they will have to pay Rs 2000 and the additional taxes as the fee for early test registration. Previously, the student had to pay Rs 1900 plus the additional taxes as the registration fee.

Similarly, the fee for late registration also has been hiked. GMAC gives the facility of late registration as well to those students who are unable to register themselves before the last date. This year, those who register themselves late will have to shell out Rs 2500 and the additional taxes as the application fee. Until last year, the late registration fee was Rs 2000 and the additional taxes. Hence, this year students are advised that they register themselves for the test as early as possible so as to avoid paying the late registration fee.
Fee Change in NMAT 2018 Retake Fee
GMAC also provides retake for the exam. NMAT 2018 will be conducted over a period of 75 days. During this period, the registered student is allowed to appear for the exam 3 times, ie, they can retake the exam, in case they want to improve their scores in the test. For this also, the student has to pay the fee.
This year, they will have to pay Rs 2000 and the additional taxes as the retake fee. Till last year, the students used to pay Rs 1900 and the additional taxes as applicable. The rest of the fees remain same and there is no change in those fees. For re-scheduling the test, the candidate will have to pay Rs 1100 and the applicable additional taxes. To obtain additional scorecards, the student has to pay Rs 200 per score report and the other taxes.
Tips for NMAT 2018
Those who are going to register for this test must pay the registration fee as mentioned by GMAC. Also, they are advised that they register for this exam as early as possible to avoid any last minute hassles. Moreover, there is “First come First Serve” policy is applicable in NMAT.
