NMAT 2019 Result – Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT Result 2019 in five phases. It issues in a 3-4 weeks after the exam date. The result for NMAT 2019 releases window-wise. Candidates who have an exam in a particular time period can check the result in window 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. NMIMS releases the list of shortlisted candidates in the month of January / February to start the GDPI process.

How to Access the NMAT 2019 Result?

Once the NMAT Result 2019 is available, candidates get the email on the registered Id. Using the login credentials, students can easily download the NMAT 2019 Scorecard. The simple steps written below can help to access the result.

  • First, click on the direct link given above to download the result.
  • Second, in the new window, enter email id and password.
  • In the student’s dashboard, click on the result tab and download the scorecard.

What is there in the NMAT 2019 Score Report?

Once you have downloaded the NMAT 2019 Result, then the scorecard contains the scaled score, total score, and the percentile. The window-wise result is based on the performance of the candidates in that window. The final result calculates the result on the basis of performance of students’ in 75 days window. As per the trend, the score range in different sections are:

  • Scaled Score – The scaled scores are either less or more from the actual raw scores or sometimes same. NMAT by GMAC follows the policy of normalization to maintain parity among multiple sessions of exam. As the exam takes place in multiple session, the difficulty level may vary. Hence, it is required to equate the actual scores.
  • Final Percentile Score –  This score shows the percentage of candidates that have scores marks less than you. It is calculated after the completion of all exam sessions.

Q. Can I take NMAT Multiple times?

A. Yes, if you improve the scores. Then, you can apply for re-test. The limit is 3 attempts including no-shows.

Q. Which score is accepted by b-school in case I have attempted paper more than once?

A. It depends on the policy from college to college.

Q. When can I apply for the retake?

A. Candidates can apply for re-take 15 days after the first exam date. Subsequently, after the second attempt.

NMIMS Registration

Candidates who are interested in NMIMS campuses then you have to fill its form separately. Even, just choosing a college in NMAT registration process is not enough. All the students must fill for admission as well. GMAC only conducts the exam and send the scores to chosen b-schools. Apart from that, there are roles of it. So, in order to secure your admission, it is advisable to fill the colleges form to take part in the selection process.

About NMAT

NMIMS Management Aptitude Test is organized by GMAC. The exam is a gateway to pursue MBA from the top colleges of India. The exam takes place in 75 days window but only once a year. There is no negative marking in the exam but the scores are scaled as per the normalization policy. The registration for the exam starts in the month of July.
