OJEE MBA 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Now that you have gone through the schedule of Odisha MBA Admission 2018, let’s see if you are eligible to take this exam or not. Eligibility is a very important factor to be considered because, under no circumstances, ineligible candidates be granted admission.
Age Limit – The interesting thing is that there is no age limit set by authorities to take admission in Integrated MBA or other MBA.
Education Qualification – You must have passed, or appearing (final year), Bachelor’s Degree course. The courses should be of minimum 3 years, from the any University of Odisha or recognized University as defined by UGC/AICTE. Candidates from 4 or 5 years Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture/Pharmacy are also eligible. You must have secured 50% marks( 45% for SC/ST category)
Domicile – Applicant must have the domicile of Odisha if you wish to use the OJEE marks for MBA Admission.
OJEE MBA 2018 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

- Select “Form C – Graduate students applying for MCA / MBA / LE MCA courses“
- Fill in the online application form and note down the registration number after submission. REGISTRATION NUMBER IS THE USER ID FOR FURTHER LOGIN.
- Once you have created your password and registration/application number is generated, you can log in as many times it is required for uploading images and fee payment. After filling of the required data asked during online form fill-up, you have to click on submit button. At the bottom of the next page, two buttons “submit” and “reset” are given.
- Upload the scanned image and signature as per the official instructions.
- Pay the application fee through Debit/Credit Card or Netbanking
- You must note that the application fee is non-refundable.
- It is advised to carefully fill the entire form as once the final submission is done, there is no provision to change the information provided.
- It is your sole responsibility to verify your personal data, including category, subcategory, state of eligibility and gender as per documentary evidence.
- After successful submission of fee, the candidate can take print out of the Confirmation Page.
OJEE MBA 2018 Admit Card
The admit cards will be uploaded on the official website within a declared time frame. If you fail to do so, it is advised to contact the OJEE authorities regarding the problem. You have to download the admit card and take two printout after checking the information provided. If there is some mistake in the information provided on the admit card, you must visit the authorities to rectify the mistake on time. You will only have access to the examination centre with the admit card. Change of centre after the admit card declaration will not be entertained.
You have to keep the Admit card duly signed by invigilator till you take final admission in the University /College/Institution and a photograph identical to the one pasted on the confirmation slip must be kept during Examination. One copy of the admit card duly signed by the invigilator must be submitted at the examination hall and other should be retained by the candidate. However the submitted admit card may be examined at a later stage to validate the authenticity.
OJEE MBA 2018 Counseling
Once the final result is declared by the authorities, you will be called for the counseling session for seat allocation. You must carry your invigilator signed admit card and your rank card during the counseling session. If you are a student taking admission under a specific category, then you will have to carry the original certificate for the verification process.
The process of counseling is as mentioned below:
Step-1: Register by entering basic details and submit the choice for the course and the college.
Step-2: Next, on the basis of candidates marks and the preference of the course and college, the seat will be allocated.
Produce the required documents for verification.
Step-3: The candidates will then have to accept or withdraw the seat.
Step 4: The candidates need to visit the Nodal center and submit admission fee amount if they accept the seat. On the other hand, if the candidates is not satisfied with the registration, then they need to fill and submit the withdrawal form.
OJEE MBA 2018 Result
The OJEE MBA Result 2018 has been announced online. You can check your result by entering Roll Number, and Date of Birth. The scorecard is available for download along with the result only. It is important that you should download and keep the scorecard safe as it will be required at the time of counseling. On the basis of rank obtained by a candidate in the OJEE MBA 2018 entrance exam, a merit list will be prepared. those whose name appears in the merit list will be called for Counselling.
Issue of OJEE 2018 MBA Marks
If you are desirous of knowing subject-wise marks secured by you. Then you should make a written request enclosing a demand draft of Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only) in favor of “OJEE- 2018” drawn on any Nationalised Bank at Bhubaneswar, so as to reach the OJEE office within 10 days of the publication of result.
OJEE MBA 2018 Re-totaling and Review
The OJEE answer sheets are all machine evaluated with adequate care taken to make them error free. Based on the evaluation of the marks, the merit list is prepared. Mark sheets are not issued in general. However, you may request for re-totaling / re-addition by paying the fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) through a Demand Draft. The DD is to be prepared in favor of OJEE-2018 drawn on any nationalized bank in Bhubaneswar, so as to reach the OJEE office within seven calendar days of the publication of OJEE – 2018 result. Re-evaluation of answer script is not permissible. A committee will manually verify the results and its decision will be final and binding on the applicant. You are allowed to take question papers after the examination is over.
