The St. Josephs Institute of Management, Bangalore, is inviting the students to apply for the management courses offered by the Institute. To apply, the students can go to the official website: www.sjim.edu.in and apply online or download the form and submit it through the post. The courses offered by the SJIM 2019 are PGDM, PGCM, and EXPGDM. The students who apply for the management courses will then be called for the selection process which includes a personal interview. Shortlisting of the candidates for the SJIM 2019 Admission selection process will be done on the basis of their exam scores and academic performance.
The SJIM does not conduct any of entrance examination of its own for SJIM 2019 Admission. But the college accepts the scores of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ CMAT.

Following are the list of courses that are offered by the SJIM 2019:
Postgraduate Diploma in Management
SJIM offers a full-time PGDM course which is for a duration of 2 years. It is AICTE approved. This course was introduced in SJIM in the year 1996. The students have the option of dual specializations. The students can choose between Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management and Operations.
Executive Postgraduate Diploma In Management
This course is approved by AICTE and is for a duration of 15 months. To apply for this course, the students must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience. In this course, there is a project work which is for a duration of 10 to 12 weeks.
Post Graduate Certificate in Management
The subjects taught in the course covers how to manage a business or a new venture. The students who are pursing any PG course can earn an extra certification of PGCM

SJIM Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the course, you must check the eligibility criteria which is given below:
- A student who is applying for this course must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university.
- The student must also have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in each year of study.
- The students who are in their final year of graduation and are awaiting the results can also apply. But they must fulfil the above requirements.
- They must also have appeared for anyone out of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ ATMA/ CMAT exams.
SJIM Selection Process
The selection process for the SJIM 2019 consists of personal interview. After the students who will apply for the SJIM 2019 Admissions, you will be shortlisted for the personal interview based on the academic performance, entrance test score and work experience. The list of the students who will be shortlisted for the selection process will be released on the official website. You will also receive an email if you are shortlisted for the course.
The registration for SJIM 2019 can be done online as well as through offline mode. For the online mode, you have to follow the link that says “Apply Online”. Then register as a new user. You have to log in to the website using the login credentials. Fill in all the details, upload the documents, pay the application fees and submit the application form.
For the offline mode, the application form can be obtained from the official website. Fill the details in the application form and then sed the application form by post.
The students have to pay Rs.1000 application fees. The payment can be made through credit card/ debit card or net banking.

The final result of the candidates who will get selected for the SJIM 2019 Admission, will receive an admission letter. A list of the candidates who will be selected for the course will be released on the official website. If you are selected for the course, then you have to pay the academic fees within the dates given to you.
The SJIM placements have been growing over the past few years. Every year around 50-60 companies visits the campus. The highest salary that was offered last year was Rs.12 lakhs per annum. 75% of the companies that visit the campus are the ones who have visited the campus for recruitment before. 25% are the new companies.
The students also get in-house placement training to polish the basic business skills and improve the student’s general knowledge. The training comprises of weekly presentations by the students on the current topics, aptitude tests, and workshops on interviews and group discussions.
