XGMT 2019 – Xavier University Bhubaneshwar (XUB) has released XGMT 2019 Result. Candidates can download the scorecard at xub.edu.in. The XGMT 2019 Examination took place on January 27, 2019. The university offers 14 postgraduate programmes including 10 MBA and 4 MA Programmes in total. XGMT 2019 Result

After the successful conduction of entrance examination, the result is available on the official website. You can download the result after entering the login credential in the result link. The result has been announced in form of scorecard from which you can check the scores of the individual section.

Further, a cutoff releases having the minimum qualifying marks to enter in the next stage of the selection process. It releases for all the qualifying exams ie CAT, XAT, GMAT, XGMT and NMAT. XGMT 2019 Selection Process

The selection is different for a few courses. You must check the process of the course in which you are interested. For BM, Executive BM, HRM, RM, UMG, SM- the following selection process will follow.

  • First, clear the admission test.
  • Second, appear for GDPI and WAT round.
  • Finally, the selection takes place after considering the scores of admission test, GDPI, WAT, past academic record and relevant work experience.

For Global MBA, the candidate’s academic history, recommendations, CAT/XAT/GMAT/XGMT score, and personal interview is considered.

XGMT 2019 Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The candidates who qualify the cut off have to attend the next stage of the selection process. First of all, candidates have to appear for Written Ability Test. In this candidates have to present their views on the given topic. It tests writing skills and thinking process of the candidate. Next, the group discussion round takes place where you have to show your team, leadership and speaking skills. Finally, in the Personal Interview round, a penal of judges assesses you personally on the basis of your knowledge and communication skills.

After considering your performance in the qualifying exam, GDPI and WAT round, the university releases the final result. The final list has the name of the candidates who are eligible to take admission in the Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. Candidates can now complete the admission formalities to take final admission in the MBA programme.

XGMT 2019 Admit Card

The XGMT 2019 Admit Card release for the candidates who have applied for this exam. The hall tickets publish online on the official website only. You just need to enter the XUB Id and date of birth to access the same. It contains your roll number and test venue details. Moreover, you must carry the XGMT 2019 admit card to the examination hall to prove your identity. The exam takes place only in six test locations in India as given below.

The process to apply for XGMT 2019 is pretty simple and quick. Most importantly, you must know that whether applying through other entrance examination or XGMT, all of the candidates have to fill the university application form. First of all, you need to register via entering your name, email address, and mobile number. Then you will receive unique XUB ID and Password to login into the student account.

XGMT 2019 Exam pattern

The XUB often changes the exam pattern of XGMT. The same is expected for XGMT 2019. Moreover, the number of sections and the overall time limit remains the same.

Sections

  • There are total four sections in the exam.
  • They are Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning, Emotional Quotient and General Awareness.

Time Limit

  • The overall time limit is 120 minutes.
  • There are sectional limits also which changes every year.
  • There is no fixed pattern of the order of the sections.

Quantitative Aptitude

The difficulty level varies between CAT and XAT exam. The important topics for this section are Algebra, Geometry, and Arithmetic.

Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning

You can guess that the questions in this section are of IIFT level. Which means we can expect calculative DI and moderate level LR. The important topics are DI caselets, graphs, arrangements, puzzles etc.

Verbal Ability

In this section, you can expect questions from NMAT and SNAP level. So, you must prepare antonyms, synonyms, word substitution, idioms, phrases thoroughly for this exam.

Emotional Quotient

This is similar to decision making in XAT. So, you must prepare for random questions which will test your decision-making abilities.

General Awareness

Similar to IIFT gk, having a focus on current affairs and international events. You must also prepare static GK from topics like History, politics, science etc.
